Netherton Foundry's prospector pan is a wonderfully versatile product. This 12" spun iron pan can be used on the hot plate to fry up eggs and bacon, pop the lid on to cook a sumptuous tagine or place it in the oven to produce a delicious casserole. The pan is also pre-seasoned with flax oil for a traditional and natural non stick finish.
